Fraud Prevention & Verification

At Zynora (operated by Buyvora LLC), we take fraudulent activity very seriously. We are committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and trustworthy shopping environment for all our customers. This policy outlines our anti-fraud protocols, verification procedures, and chargeback protection guidelines.

1. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Any attempt to make purchases using stolen credit cards, false personal details, unauthorized payment accounts, or fake identities will be flagged immediately. We cooperate fully with federal and international law enforcement agencies to report and prosecute fraudulent behavior to the fullest extent of the law.

2. Automated Fraud Screening & Security

All orders placed on Zynora undergo automated real-time risk assessment and anti-fraud analysis through our payment gateways (SSL encryption, AVS - Address Verification System, and CVV checks).

We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any order that exhibits high-risk indicators, including but not limited to:

  • Mismatched billing and shipping information without prior authorization.

  • Use of high-risk IP addresses, proxies, or spoofed locations during checkout.

  • Multiple failed payment attempts using different credit cards within a short time frame.

  • Exceptionally high-value orders placed by first-time customers without verified history.

3. Order Verification & Proof of Identity

To protect legitimate cardholders, Zynora reserves the right to request additional verification for selected orders before shipping. If your order is flagged for review, our support team may reach out via email (support@zynora.cc) requesting:

  • A photo of a valid government-issued ID (with sensitive numbers redacted).

  • Proof of billing address matching the payment card.

If requested verification is not provided within 48 to 72 hours, the flagged order will be canceled, and any processed payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Friendly Fraud

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks (commonly referred to as "friendly fraud"—where a customer receives an order but falsely claims non-receipt or files an unauthorized charge dispute) will be vigorously disputed.

  • Documentation: We log IP addresses, timestamp records, tracking information, carrier delivery confirmations, and customer communication for all orders.

  • Evidence Submission: In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, all order logs and proof of delivery will be submitted to the credit card issuer, bank, or collection agency to challenge the dispute.

  • Account Suspension: Accounts or buyers associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned from placing future orders on Zynora.
